Highly decorative vintage Italian porcelain amphora vase, hand-marked “Italy” and numbered “1015” on the underside. Executed in the ornate Capodimonte and Rococo tradition, the vase features an elaborate sculptural silhouette with oversized scrolling double handles, raised floral ornamentation, and richly layered hand-finished decoration.

The body is embellished with brilliant gold and silver luster panels, hand-painted pink and green floral accents, dimensional applied flowers, textured green-and-gold borders, and small ruby-red jeweled accents set within gilt floral appliqués. The combination of reflective metallic surfaces and intricate raised decoration gives the piece an especially opulent, jewel-like presence.

At approximately 17” tall × 9” wide, this is a substantial statement piece with impressive scale. Beautiful displayed on a console, mantel, pedestal, entry table, or commode, and particularly suited to Rococo Revival, Italianate, Hollywood Regency, maximalist, or collected vintage interiors.

Dimensions: 17” H × 9” W

Origin: Italy

Markings: Hand-marked “Italy” and numbered “1015” on the underside.

Condition: In good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear. One handle shows evidence of a previous repair; the repair is discreet and does not significantly detract from the vase’s overall presentation. Please review photographs closely for condition and details.
